Thank you for your interest in joining Alternative House. We welcome volunteers and interns who want to make a difference in the lives of survivors of domestic violence. Please note:

  • Alternative House does not provide clinical supervision for interns.

  • All internships require a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week for the duration of a semester.

Next Steps

Volunteers and interns working directly with survivors may be asked to complete a background check, training, and confidentiality agreement to ensure the safety of individuals and families we serve. Some opportunities are limited to those 18+.
